1. What is TypeBond?

TypeBond is a structured, Jet (flight orientation) model call for partners seeking clarity, alignment, and progress together. Calls are led by accredited, verified Conversation Specialists.​

 

2. Who is it for?

Couples - married or committed - wanting to communicate clearly, understand perspectives, and navigate decisions together.

• Both partners should participate.

• Individual calls are not offered.

 

3. How It Works

• Booking: One-click via Razorpay on the booking page.

• Call: Conversation Specialist initiates the call directly at the scheduled time.

• Participants: One partner’s number is primary; the other can join via conference call or stay nearby in speakers.

• Required details: Only phone number and 4 random letters. No other personal information is ever needed (except payment for processing).

 

4. What Happens in a Call?

• Conversation Specialists facilitate focused conversations to surface recurring misalignments, blind spots, and communication patterns.

• Partners gain clarity and a shared language to discuss challenges calmly.

• The first call is a preference–based orientation, helping both partners understand how they naturally think and respond.

• Subsequent calls involve structured case study discussions based on Flight Orientation and Jet Model Mapping, allowing deeper exploration and practical alignment.

• Each call lasts one hour.

 

5. Pricing & Refunds

• ₹499 per person per hour (₹998 per couple per hour)

• Payment via Razorpay only

• Refunds, if applicable, are initiated and processed via Razorpay

• No partial refunds for late joining, early exit, or missed calls

 

6. Privacy & Data

• Only phone number and 4-letter code are required

• Calls are never recorded or stored

• Full anonymity is maintained; no names or other details are required
