Pricing & Refund Policy – TypeBond

By confirming a call and proceeding with scheduling, the client or participant agrees to this Pricing and Refund Policy. This policy governs all calls booked through TypeBond.

 

1. Pricing

• The call fee is ₹499 per person per hour, totaling ₹998 per couple per hour.

• Payment must be made through Razorpay on the official TypeBond booking page.

• All bookings and scheduling must be completed only through TypeBond.

• Conversation Specialists are assigned and rotated by TypeBond based on post-call alignment and clarity assessment. Direct bookings with Conversation Specialists outside the platform are not permitted.

• The price applicable at the time of booking is valid only for that confirmed call.

 

2. Refunds

• Refunds are automatically initiated within 1 hour if the call does not start at the scheduled time.

• Refund requests can also be raised via Razorpay or by emailing accounts@TypeBond.com with the subject “Refund Request.”

• Refunds are applicable if a scheduled call is cancelled by TypeBond. In such cases, TypeBond may either:

• Assign a new Conversation Specialist and reschedule the call, or Issue a full refund

• Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours of confirmation.

 

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be issued if:

• The client or participant fails to attend the call after payment

• The client joins late or does not join at the scheduled time

• The call is shortened or disrupted due to issues on the client’s side

 

4. No Partial Refunds

Once a call is scheduled and a Conversation Specialist is assigned, no partial refunds will be provided for late joining, early exit, or incomplete participation.

 

5. Final Decision

All decisions regarding pricing, scheduling, Conversation Specialist assignment, and refunds made by TypeBond are final and binding.

 

6. Contact

All payments are processed through TypeBond’s Razorpay account. After the call, payments are settled with the assigned Conversation Specialist based on internal allocation.
